Ashlie K. Keaton

Ashlie K. Keaton joined Bleeke Dillon Crandall in 2018 as an experienced litigation attorney who has focused her practice in medical malpractice defense since 2013. She has represented clients throughout the state of Indiana in both state and federal courts. Ashlie has experience seeing cases through from inception to jury verdict, and has presented successful appeals before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court. She is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Ashlie was admitted to the Indiana Bar in October 2009, and is experienced in civil litigation involving medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, coverage disputes, and appellate practice. Ashlie joined the Bleeke Dillon Crandall team to further her practice in medical malpractice defense – the practice area about which she is most passionate. Ashlie was selected as a “Rising Star” in medical malpractice defense by Super Lawyers Magazine for 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Ashlie has lived in Indianapolis since 2006, where she is an active member of the community. She is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and DRI. She has regularly volunteered with the Indianapolis Bar Association’s bar review course since 2009 to assist young attorneys in preparing for the Indiana Bar Exam. She also volunteers with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, with a special love of projects that work to beautify neighborhoods that are less affluent and often overlooked for beautification measures. In her free time, Ashlie enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family and dog.
